How to Start a Return:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Velora Cosmetics is not responsible for lost packages during return transit.
If the return is due to our mistake (defective or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Condition for Acceptance:
Items returned without prior authorization, outside the 30-day window, or that show signs of use may not be accepted and could be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

International Orders
