Standard Transit Time: 8–18 Business Days (Monday to Saturday)
Fast Shipping Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday to Saturday)
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order is processed and shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local postal delays, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Methods

If your area is not serviceable by our standard carriers, your order may be shipped through an alternative courier.

Shipping rates within the United States are automatically calculated at checkout.

Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been shipped by emailing support@veloracosmetics.shop.
Once your package has been dispatched or is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address. Any reshipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery in real time.
If you do not receive your tracking email within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.
Wrong, Incomplete, or Unclaimed Addresses
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or unclaimed parcel, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Reshipping fees will apply if you wish to have your parcel sent again.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country’s customs office. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices shown on our website.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier. However, we will assist you in locating the shipment and filing a claim with the courier.
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

For packages delayed in transit, please allow up to 25 business days before reporting a lost order, as international customs and courier delays can occur.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet entered processing. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, contact us immediately at support@veloracosmetics.shop. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product or packaging.
We will investigate the issue and, if verified, send a replacement or process a refund according to our return policy.
Delivery Confirmation
All deliveries require a valid shipping address and will be confirmed via your tracking number. Orders are considered successfully delivered once the courier marks them as delivered.
